My printer only prints pink

My printer started printing only pink and I changed the cartridge, but it still only prints pink. It works if I print just black as black but if i do black and white the white part turns out pink.  Is there a way I have changed my dominant color to pink? How can I fix this?

    Hi ecka,

     Which cartridge did you change?  If the only color that is printing is pink; there is some type of issue with the color ink cartridge.  Color ink cartridges contain three colors.  Magenta (Pink), Yellow, and Cyan (Blue).  It looks like with your printer, the yellow and cyan are not printing.  This could be due to low ink levels, a clogged print nozzle, or some other hardware issue.  If you did replace the color ink cartridge and are still having the problem, you should have a print nozzle cleaning function that came with the printer software or driver.  Try running this a couple of times, and see if it resolves the issue.  Did you just buy the cartridge that you replaced or has it been sitting around for a while?  Please let us know.  Thank you.

    i have replaced the print head with a new one olso replaced the tanks with new ones

    taken a few shoots in the stuido when i printed them the background  come out pink

    i have tryed a few things but still get no joy
