my wife dropped her laptop last night, worked for awhile longer, then experienced several blue screens, now Boot Menu box is frozen on the screen, and none of the four options (Boot Manager, ATA HDD, PCI LAN IPv4, or PCI LAN IPv6) will activate if selected. Screen goes blank for a few seconds, then returns to Menu box.
Thanks !!

Sounds like you may need to send in for repair.

What exactly do you expect to get in a community forum? Moreover, what make you think that this is related to azure-policy (the tag which you selected for the message)?!?

It sound like you have hardware issue. In this case you can buy new machine, or take/send your machine to fixed.

    I forget to say,

    Hi @MikeMurray-8882 ,

I am sorry to hear about your portable bad luck.

You might have more chance on a specialised hardware forum or even a Facebook group.

The forum here is mostly designed to answer question about current documentation (Docs) technical mechanics details oriented.

Sorry about this, your best bet would be to go in store or if you know a technician that can assist you.

    I wish you good luck.
    Regards.
