Hi.

I Have Installed Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 2 Special Forces and got my error message.

    The issue description seems a bit unclear and I would like to have a better understanding before we start working on it. I would appreciate if you could help me with more information.

    1. Since when are you facing these issue? Were you able to play the game before in same machine?
    2. Do you receive any error messages or code?
    3. How did you install the game using DVD or any Online Store?
    4. Are you able play any other games?
    5. Did you make any changes to the computer prior to this issue?
    6. Have you install any pending Windows update in your computer?

    Install any pending Windows updates on the pc to check if that helps.  Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

    Please follow the Method given below to check if its helps:

    Method 1: Uninstall and Reinstall the game to check if its helps.

    Please follow the steps given below to uninstall the application.

    a) Press Windows Key and X key on desktop.

    b) Select Control Panel.

    c) Select Programs, and then select Uninstall a program under Program and Features.

    d) Right click on the Battlefield 3 and select uninstall.

    e) Restart the computer.

    If the issue persist then follow Method 2.

    Method 2: Battle field 2 game is compatible with Windows 7 operating System, I would recommend you run the game in compatibility mode to check its helps.
