Bought a Logitech G933 USB wireless headset but drivers are not installed

So, I bought a recently this amazing headset, but when I plug the USB receiver the drivers will not be installed. The message I receive is "Drivers not found". When I go into Device Manager I can see the logitech G933 under  " Other devices" with a Yellow mark on it and below an unknown device also with the yellow sing with an exclamation mark on it.

I've tried already with windows update. Unable to fix

Tried with the Microsoft Fix it. Unable to fix

Tried updating the drivers. Unable to fix.

I have tried every USB port in my PC but it wont download the drivers.

Here I tried in another computer (my work Laptop with Windows 7 enterprise) it did found the drivers after several minutes, but it did install.

I called logitech and they say is an issue with my windows. I have ensured that I have the latest Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 updates and still is not working. Except for the couple that force the upgrade to Windows 10 (not interested in upgrading yet)

I am running out of ideas. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are facing the issue on device.

I will certainly help you with this.

I would suggest you to go through the below methods:

Method 1: Try to run the hardware and devices troubleshooter:

    1. Press Windows key+R.
    2. Type Control Panel and press enter.
    3. Click on Troubleshooting.
    4. On the left pane, click on view all.
    5. From the list, click on hardware and devices and run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Try to perform clean boot:

A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista. You may also troubleshoot or determine what conflict is causing the problem by performing a clean boot.
