How to locate codec for .ogg files for use with Windows Media Player

OGG file extension.

Hi Guys,

Is there a Microsoft codec available for Windows media player so i can play audio or video files that are of ogg (file extension) CoreVorbis?.

I have Windows7 with Windows Media Player 12.

From were can i download windows media player 12 codec pack?.

Can you provide a download link.

Hi,

please download and install this DirectShow Plugin:

http://xiph.org/dshow/

Now, you are able to listen to ogg files in WMP.
