I have an account that I have been tracking a couple websites for the last few months or so and I was sure I was using the email address, ******@rogers.com.  I had to reset all cookies and cache on my computer and when I go to login to Bings webmaster tools it asks for the login and password. I enter my email and password I sue for website tools and it won't log me in. I tried to reset the password which it let me do but it still wouldn't let me in. I decide to see what would happen if I signed up for a new account using the ******@rogers.com login and password ( thinking that if that already existed it would say user name not available...sure enough it created the new account. I need help to try and find out what happened. I tried one more email address I know that I have access to Bing webmaster tools and it does log me in but there are no websites associated with that account......Is there any way you can help.

Same problem here.  Must be a Bing Webmaster Tools issue and not something that we can fix on our end.

Every time I try to sign in for Bing Webmaster Tools the redirect fails. No matter what I try. I have a Microsoft account. I'm using that account. I have no other email accounts open. Every attempt fails. I can't be the only one having this problem.

    I have the same issue!

I click the sign in option on http://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster; Because I have my login remembered by the browser, I get bounced between two webpages with the title "Continue" for a few seconds before I land to a page with the URL[1] :

    https://login.live.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&rpsnv=12&ct=1467651152&rver=6.7.6636.0&wp=MBI&wreply=https:%2F%2Fwww.bing.com%2Fsecure%2FPassport.aspx%3Frequrl%3Dhttps%253a%252f%252fwww.bing.com%252fwebmaster%252fWebmasterManageSitesPage.aspx%253frflid%253d1%2526rflid%253d1%2526rflid%253d1%2526rflid%253d1%2526rflid%253d1%2526rflid%253d1%2526rflid%253d1%2526rflid%253d1&lc=1033&id=264960

    With the contents:

So I visited *https://login.live.com/*and it took me to the Microsoft Accounts page. I was already logged in.

I even tried logging out of the Microsoft account and repeated the procedure. The same happened. I bounced back and forth after login and landed on that page. The Microsoft Accounts page worked. But I am still unable to login to Webmaster

Update: The bouncing happens between the above mentioned link [1] and

    https://www.bing.com/secure/Passport.aspx?requrl=https%3a%2f%2fwww.bing.com%2fwebmaster%2fWebmasterManageSitesPage.aspx%3frflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1%26rflid%3d1&wa=wsignin1.0

    And this page reads

You will be automatically redirected in a few seconds.

    Still waiting?Go there now

and then finally it stops as mentioned above with the contents given in the image.

    Hi Dndmills,

    1. Which other email address did you use to login? Was it a Windows Live account or Roger’s account?
    2. Is your system connected to a domain?

You may check if you can login into Bing Webmaster tools using a Hotmail/Windows Live account.

Since the issue is with Bing Webmaster tools, you may also post your query in Bing Support forums for further assistance:
