I was given this used tablet and it still contained apps that i want and so , I wanted to do a factory reset. what, I didn't know, it was infected. And the EUFI/ BIOS was not operating the wright way, I was unable even the password to gain access. It all started when, I tried to wipe out everything and start fresh. Now, I have a blue screen and no-way to get back in. I have the BitLocker key but, I'm locked-out, keyboard and mini-port, I do have the recovery tools for Windows 8 can not apply. A helping brain please !!!!   Thank You
