How have you determined that the computer's infected with anything, let alone a "redirect virus?"
My pc is infected with a redirect virus

My PC is infected with the following redirect virus:
http://172.30.3.136:8080/ssssportal.war/fupTopUpHome.jsp
Please guide me to remove the said redirect virus.
I have downloaded 3/4 anti virus/malaware removal tools.
But the do not get started.
Microsoft Security Essentials was not able to detect this virus/malware

2016-07-15T11:17:17+00:00 If you are using Win 10 then Microsoft Security Essentials should not be on your computer??? What antimalware program are you using?
