When I enter my zip code I get 0 results. I live in the Chicago suburban area. My other question is if I can't update to 10, will Windows 8.1 continue to be supported on this phone.
Lumia 1520 Update to Windows 10
I have tried to update my phone three times and after a couple of hours it says it can't update right now try again later.
I have 3 of these phones and I had no problem with the other two. I even did a hard restore and I downloaded the fix that was listed on the site to correct "bug". And still it won't do the upgrade.

2016-07-19T00:02:22+00:00 I downloaded Microsoft fix device and the phone is fine using 8.1. I tried to do update again and it still locked up so I ran the fix again and will leave it as it is since 8.1 will continue to be supported. As I mentioned, I have 3 Lumia 1520 phones and the update went fine with 2 of them. I just didn't understand why the one won't work.

2016-07-10T20:22:00+00:00 The phone works fine with Windows 8.1. It just locks up when I try to update to 10. As I said I have two other Lumia 1520's and I had no problem doing the upgrade. I was just curious as to why this one won't.

Yes, since Windows 8.1 is the approved version for your Lumia 1520. May I know if you're able to turn on your phone?
