    Hi, FrancisSakala.

We're glad to take a closer look. May I know if what type of internet connection are you using? We suggest connecting to a Wi-Fi with a strong signal to stabilize the download of the app.

Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try to resolve the issue:

What to do if I cannot download or update my apps from Store on my Lumia

    1. Check for Windows updates available for your phone.

    2. Change your Regional Settings that matches your Microsoft Account.

    • Go to SettingsTime & Language > Regions.

    3. Go to Downloads and cancel all the pending downloads.

    4. Perform a soft reset.

You should have your phone turned on. Press and hold the v****olume down and  Power buttons until your phone vibrates and restarts.

Please note that you shouldn't touch the device screen during the process not even when the 'slide down to power off' prompt appears.

    1. Configure your Storage.
    • Go to SettingsSystemStorage. Under **New downloads will save to:**choose your SD card.

You might also want to try performing a hard reset to remove your Microsoft Account and to add it again.

    1. In the App list, tap Settings .
    2. Tap About, and then tap Reset your phone.
    3. You'll receive two warnings. If you're absolutely sure you want to restore your phone to its factory settings, tap Yes, and then tap Yes again.

It might take a little while for the process to complete.

Please note that this will delete all your Personal data and settings. Make sure to backup****your files before doing so.
