phone software update in lumia 530

Trying to update my Lumia 530 software via high speed mobile internet data...but can not get it...always showing connect to wifi...when connected to wifi..still not getting the update..plzzz help

    Are you getting an error message?

    You may try to perform a phone soft reset on your Lumia 530. This method will not remove anything at all from your phone, and it is completely safe to attempt in any situation.

    To perform a soft reset follow these steps:

    1. Make sure your phone is turned on.
    2. Press and hold the v****olume down and Power buttons until your phone vibrates and restarts.

    Note: You should not touch the device screen during the process (not even when the 'slide down to power off' prompt appears).
