    Hi Shivani,

As per the description, you are experiencing issue with Chrome not working and getting the error message: “Privacy error: your connection is not private” on the system.

    I certainly understand your concern.

I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if that helps.

    Method 1:

You may try to clean/reset the Chrome browser:

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Scroll down to show advanced settings.
    3. Click Clear browsing data under Privacy options.
    4. If it is still not working, scroll down further under settings and go to reset settings. This will reset chrome to original browser settings.

If the issue persists, follow method 2.

    Method 2:

How to temporarily disable Antivirus program, please follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    1. On the Task Bar next to System Clock, you will see the Security Software Icon.
    2. Right Click on the Security Software Icon, you will see a pop up window.
    3. In that pop up window, select the option to disable.
    4. Click on that option.

Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

If the issue still persists, I would suggest to contact Google Chrome support. Please follow the link given below
