    Hi,

Please answer few questions to narrow down the issue.

    1. What is the exact error message?
    2. How exactly are you installing the program?
    3. Was it working before?

Let's analyze and identify the cause of the issue. I would suggest you to place the computer in clean boot state and try to install.

I would suggest you to boot the computer in a clean boot state and check the results.

A clean boot helps to eliminate software conflicts and to determine what is causing the problem.

Perform a clean boot on the computer by following the steps given in the link:

How to perform a clean boot to troubleshoot a problem in Windows 8

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: Refer "How to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with clean boot" under more information to reset the computer to start as normal after troubleshooting.

Hope this information helps. Reply with the status so that we could help you further.
