Thought there was one a recycle bin an Nokia lumia phones just needed toffee up some space on my mobile as I keep getting asked to buy more space off Microsoft and it isn't cheap so would I be able to get a bigger memory card to put in my Nokia and transfer my photos onto that maybe 🤔

"buying" more space is a prompt from Onedrive, which means your cloud storage is probably getting full. this has nothing to do with the space on the phone.

it doesn't matter if you get a bigger SD card on your phone - if you keep doing automated backups to your onedrive account (and it is still full), you will keep getting the same prompts.

There is no such thing as a recycle bin on phones. please do explain what you're trying to do (and why), so that people can understand your problem.
