Error hard drive safety delete virus

Hi,

Can someone tell me how to remove "Error hard drive safety delete" virus on windows 10. When I get to the point to delete DFDWlz system tells me that I do not have permission to do that. Tried to scan with Microsoft Safety Scanner no result.

Can you close the browser using Task Manager?

Any new browser extensions that need to be disabled?

Any new programs installed that may have included this unwanted malware?
