2016-08-11T21:29:02+00:00 Sometimes it is 'what' you download and install.... the product has a not so good history, and is known to add undesired programs to ones computer ...
Through analysis from your trusted source, it should not be installed on your system, unless you want to deal with it's pups or other risks.
There are other trusted sources that will tell you the same thing..... even sham support sites use it to entice people......
With all the things you have going on, for so long a time, have you considered making sure your data is backed up (with FileHistory) and doing a Win10 reset (remove everything) or Clean Install:

2016-08-11T20:11:45+00:00 Sometimes it's matter ''where'' you download tools from.
If it's from Torrent sites or sites that don't come recommended then you should beware.
You should download and install
Web of Trust (WOT)
Hereis a browser add-on designed to alert you before interacting with a potentially malicious website.
If you use Google to search for different sites or tools you'll see the color reference listed.
