I have run the anti virus programs and they say there are no files infected

I have been all over the internet and I am afraid to let anyone but Microsoft help

Thank you

Are you seeing it in a web browser or is it application?

Did you perform full scan or quick scan?

Try download Process Explorer and then unzip it and right click and run as administrator:

    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/processexplorer.aspx

You will see list your process , if you see any suspicious process right click and submit to VirusTotal, you may also select to send all to VirusTotal to find suspicious file, if you find it, right click and find the location and zip the root file and then submit it to Microsoft Malware Protection Center:

Use the Task Manager to exit the browser. Reboot and see if the pop-up goes away.
