Dear Microsoft Team, I am using WP Lumia 535 & upgarde to Windows 10 before 1 month. Now i am suffering from battery problem. My phone battery will charge slowly & drains fast. It take 5-6 Hrs to full charge. Check the possible cause of battery problem. What would i do? Shall i change battery or else?

    hello Sir,

I tried wall charger to charge my another phone and it works properly. Also, I tried another wall charger to charge my phone and it is NOT charging in normal way. That means problem is with Battery or Phone. This problem is coming after I updated my phone to windows 10. Please give me the solution as soon as possible.

    Hi, Anup.

Have you tried to use the supplied wall charger to another phone? And have you tried another wall charger or USB cable, perhaps if the phone will charge normally? Let's check first if the issue is with the charger itself.

    Regards.
