E' possibile che ci sia una app di Microsoft per impostare una gif come sfondo Desktop?

Sarebbe bellissimo se Microsoft creasse una applicazione o che inserisca dentro Windows 10 un Plugin con qui è fattibile mettere il proprio Sfondo Desktop Animato in più la barre della applicazioni invisibile. Microsoft Windows10 Developers, per favore fate un plugin o una applicazione del genere, così la gente non installa applicazioni strane per sfondi animati e non danneggia il proprio Windows 10

    Unfortunately, no.
    There is not an animated gif feature on Windows 10 now and would have to download third-party software to make it.
    On my personal computer, I buy a software called Wallpaper Engine on Steam to Animate Wallpapers on Windows 10.
