Software (game) running on Windows 7, not running on Windows 10

hi 

i managed to get an solution

the trick is:

1.go in the game directory 

2.open user.ini with notepad

3.modify the value from "windowed=0" to "windowed=1"

4.right click on tcm2004.exe

5.run using graphical processor -> choose any of them

i hope this will work for you too

if any of you manage to change rezolution for the game please wrote it here

I have found a solution for this problem.

Set compatibility mode for all users to Windows 8.

Add game to steam library, and run it from there.

-Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the game?

I would suggest you to uninstall the display driver by following the steps below:

1. Press Windows key + R.
2. Type devmgmt.msc and press enter.
3. Expand Display Adapter.
4. Right click on the driver and select "uninstall".
5. Restart the computer and check the functionality.

Also, let us know if you receive any error message when you try to run the game.

In order to identify if this is a compatibility related issue, I would suggest you to install the  game in compatibility mode by following the steps below and check if it helps:

1. Right-click on the setup file of the game and select "Properties".   
2. Select "Compatibility" Tab.   
3. Place a check mark next to "Run this program in Compatibility mode" and select Windows 8  from the drop  down list.   
4. Let the game install and then check the functionality.
