@ Namco8 ....... U hv an OEM Win 7 Product Key which is not allowed by M$ to download the Win 7 iso file. Only standalone Retail Win 7 PK can be used at M$'s website. Retail Windows PK r usually bought by those who build their own cptrs. They cost about
US$120 each. OEM Windows PK only cost about US$30 each, which is included in the price of the OEM Windows cptr.
.
U should try to download the Win 7 iso file from other online sources by Googling. Or u can order online yr Win 7 Recovery DVD from Dell = costs about US$20, including shipping. Or borrow a Win 7 install DVD or USB-stick from an acquaintance.
.
When I bought my OEM Win 7 cptr in 2013, I insisted on being given a free Win 7 install DVD b4 making the purchase. Starting with Win 8 in 2012, the OEMs hv stopped providing free install DVDs, in order to save costs at the expense of the consumers = also,
no Product Key provided. The OEMs only provided a Recovery partition in the internal HDD for the users to do a Factory Reset or a System Refresh, like for "crippled" smartphones n tablets, ie Win 8/8.1 users could not do a reinstall.
....... Fortunately, M$ do allow OEM Win 8/8.1 users to download their Win 8/8.1 iso file. Again, u need the PK for Win 8/8.1 in order to download. Win 8/8.1 users need to use a keyfinder program to get their PK, eg ProduKey.
