Nowhere in Microsoft’s advertising is this mentioned, which would open-up a false advertising case.
I do not own a Nokia 950 (XL) Dual SIM myself. Therefore, I cannot double-check. However, we have seen
several reports by now, that the second SIM slot is able to do only 2G (GSM). Microsoft does not leverage Microsoft Answers as feedback channel. Therefore, if GSM gets disabled in Namibia in 2017 already, please, contact the local subsidiary of Microsoft
