Hi!
What is "Intel(R) Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Manager" for? Should I install it on my Lenovo IdeaPad S11? It appeared as an optional update a couple of weeks ago.

2016-10-02T21:42:48+00:00 I am running Windows 8.1 on an Asus laptop, and every time I attempt to install this update I get a blue screen of death. I've run the Windows Update Diagnostic, but it doesn't seem to help. Any guidance on how to make this update install properly on my machine?
