You can do this:
- Download and install a .pdf converter such as PDF24. It is free.
- Open the .jpg picture.
- "Print" it by selecting the virtual PDF24 printer.
- Save the file to disk.

Hi, I have been trying to understand how to convert jpg files to pdf after downloading Acrobat Reader DC. The problem is each time I open docs in My Computer for converting to pdf, Adobe Reader is not able to open those files as it says cannot open, not supported files or is there something wrong I am doing technically.
