    Hello JenniferKeen,

I would first check to see if there is information included on the Avery template 8371 and use those instructions. You can use the following templates from Avery and download.

    http://www.avery.com/vgnfiles/OP/en_us/Help%20Center/staticfiles/How%20to%20use%20Templates.pdf

    http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Templates-%26-Software/Software/Avery-Design--Print-Online.htm?N=4294967076&refchannel=3980ac83ae70a110VgnVCM1000002118140aRCRD

    Otherwise, try the information below.

    1. On the menu bar at the top of MS Word, click on "Tools"
    2. On the drop down select "Letters and Mailings" then "Envelopes and Labels..."
    3. In the "Envelopes and Labels" window click on "Options"
    4. Under "Printer Information" make sure you've select the right type,
    5. Under "Label Information" make sure "Avery Standard" is selected.
    6. Find your label number 8371 in the 'Product Number" list (8371 - Business Card) and click on it, then click on the "OK" button.
    7. Now click on the "Print" button in the remaining window.

If this doesn't help and you are using Microsoft Word, you should post in the Microsoft Office forums for Word. If you are using a different Office product, you can contact them for support.

    Sincerely,

I printed the instructions.  Went to my MSWord document Business Cards which I have printed before.

Your first instruction says "click on 'tools'"

No such listing at top of Word document.

Maybe it's because you replied to a post from 2011, and there might have been a different version of Word being used?
