Just got my second XBox One (The limited white QB Bundle) less then 16 days ago

The white controller is off doesn't work properly

the (A) button sticks

I've had countless controllers throughout the years never had this happen

Been trying to get a way to contact Microsoft to get a replacement controller

But, there site is not user friendly

every time i put in the device code on the back of the controller on the form

a red sentence stops me

I just purchased the white Xbox One S and an additional controller. I received the console 48  hours ago and BOTH controllers have this issue. The button does not stick all the time, it sticks when pressed slightly off center. I have owned several Xbox 360 controllers as well as many controllers from other companies, and none of them have had this problem.

It's clearly a flaw with the controller's design, as both controllers have the issue and and I can easily make the issue repeat itself. Jason, did you ever get resolution on this?

Same issue here - randomly sticky A button on brand new white Xbox One S controller.

Did anyone get any useful advice outside of a link to a generic 'how to plug your controller in' guide or redirection to a different forum?

Wouldn't the controller be covered by a warranty from the retailer ?

You should have at least 30 days point of sale return warranty.

Well, you would here in Oz.
