driver for WD elements 25a2 external drive 

windows updated fully, cannot locate driver for harddrive

been through all the troubleshooting options, can see it, but just doesn't have a driver to actually access and use it!!

    Hi,

    To further isolate the issue, please verify the following:

    1. Have you tried updating the USB drivers to the latest version?
    2. Are you able to access the content of your external drive with other computer?
    3. Are you getting any error messages when accessing your drive? If yes, can you post it here?
