2016-12-23T06:24:59+00:00 Seems like your computer's hijacked. I've been hijacked before, but no matter what software I use, they still exist.
Hijackers steal information from you, they're very dangerous.
For me, I needed to do a full clean reinstallation of windows. (Remember to use diskpart to clean the disk)
You can try some software, but they can only remove the trojan for only a short while, as hijackers always come back.
Adware Removal Tool by TSA is something you can try.
You'll also need to search "Bizrate" in your registries (Regedit), then delete the files with "Bizrate" in it.
