The maker shows a universal driver for win 2k to win7, which is unusual

I have tried running windows update and the downloaded drivers are "not for this OS",also downloaded from Genius themselves to no avail, tried running in XP sp3 compatibility running as administrator all with no jot UAC id off. Any Ideas aonyone?

2016-12-09T20:53:39+00:00 The drivers above worked ok (compatibility set for xp sp2), a little flakey but I can operate my scanner OK. I've just had a reply from genius who have given me a new link:

2015-02-10T05:12:41+00:00 I'm having the same issue. Unable to locate drivers for this device on Windows 7 64 bit. I just checked Windows update and the drivers are not available. Still looking for good drivers. If I find any that work, I'll post the link to them here. If you don't see any other posts from me, it means I was unable to locate drivers and decided to purchase a different scanner.

2015-02-10T05:21:32+00:00 OK, I looked on Geniuses website and they don't offer any drivers for this product so I've emailed their support department and requested a link to download the appropriate drivers for Windows 7 64 bit. I'll keep you posted.
