I can't download WhatsApp on my Lumia 540 . The store is saying requires wifi but it's only 27 mb .please help me

i m not able to download whats app on my microsoft phone lumia 540 .its sayd unable to download and error code .please can any one help.Infact i m not able to download any app from the microsoft store.

You may try to perform a soft reset on your phone. This method will not remove anything at all from your phone, and it is completely safe to attempt in any situation.

To perform a soft reset follow these steps:

1. Make sure your phone is turned on.
2. Press and hold the v****olume down and Power buttons until your phone vibrates and restarts.

Note: You should not touch the device screen during the process (not even when the 'slide down to power off' prompt appears).
