Download and install the graphics driver from the Dell site. www.support.dell.com Do not use drivers from any other source.
Display driver does not get installed on Latitude E7440.

I have uninstalled the Display adapter,rebooted and installed the right Intel(R) HD Graphics Family driver.
It says it has successfully installed the driver but device manager shows Video Controller with No driver installed in properties.
The driver is the right one as it works in a different SOE image.
It just does not work on this laptop model on a different SOE image.
I have also checked the registry settings but could not find which one to change.

- May we know the make and model of your computer?
- Are there any error messages?
- Can you provide us a screenshot?
- What steps have you tried aside from uninstalling/reinstalling you Video driver?
