Android tablet won't connect via USB to any other device

Hello Microsoft! there's  a problem with a android tablet I have,  I used to be able to connect it to my windows 7 Pc, with USB cable, but one day my pc said that it was not recognized, error code 43.

the problem isn't the pc, because all my other devices work just fine, but when I plug my tablet in I get that annoying message device not recognized, and the little pop you get on your device when it plugs in, well I don't get any more. I tried every trick in the the book,  and nothing worked,  well, ok I didn't try everything, but the problem is the tablet its self! Not only dose it refuse my pc but it refuses any USB I put into it (accept except for charging) My keyboard case i got for it no longer works on it, it refuses that to! and its not the keyboard case that's broken, I'm using it on my windows tablet to post this comment. I tried to access USB connection settings in the tablet, but it refused to let me in! no matter what I did I couldn't accesses it!  if i tap and hold that dose nothing, if i just tap, still nothing, if i double tap, it dose nothing,  It wont do anything! I cant accesses it!  PLEASE HELP!!
