Let's get this issue resolved by following the steps below:
Method 1: Run the Windows built-in troubleshooter
- Press Windows key + X, select Control Panel.
- Search for Troubleshooting, then click on Troubleshooting.
- On the left pane, click on View all. Select Printer.
- Click on Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
Method 2: Make sure that Print Spooler service is running on your system
- Press Windows key + R, then type in services.msc
- Locate Print Spooler service and check if the status is Running.
