ERROR PRINTING: Printer could not print

I am using Epson L210 and every time I try to print a document, whether it is a Word or PDF file, it always says "Error printing on Epson L210 Series. The printer couldn't print"

The printer always gets the paper, but the paper is always blank after the printer releases it. What should I do?

    Hello Chachie,

Let's get this issue resolved by following the steps below:

Method 1: Run the Windows built-in troubleshooter

    1. Press Windows key + X, select Control Panel.
    2. Search for Troubleshooting, then click on Troubleshooting.
    3. On the left pane, click on View all. Select Printer.
    4. Click on Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

Method 2: Make sure that Print Spooler service is running on your system

    1. Press Windows key + R, then type in services.msc
    2. Locate Print Spooler service and check if the status is Running.

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards.

I tried both methods, but it is still not working. Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem when I tried the first method. After doing the second method, it also says that the print spooler is working.

Here some few things to try:

Method 1: Update your printer drivers.

We suggest updating your printer drivers. You may refer to this link.

In case Windows doesn't find a new driver, we suggest visiting the device manufacturer's website and check for new drivers.

    Method 2:

Also, try to perform a Nozzle Check test by going to thePrinter Properties >Maintenance>Nozzle Check. If there is no ink on the paper, the print head nozzles may be clogged. Clean the print head if necessary.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.
