Ethernet Controller Driver for windows 8.1

Hello,

I have been having some trouble with my wifi connection lately so I decided I was going to hard wire it into my router via Ethernet cable. This issue is I believe i am missing a driver(1st picture below). I have tried searching for this driver and I can not find a download or a website that looks legit. I honestly don't know where to go from here any help would be appreciated. I hope some of the pictures below will be helpful.

    Hi,

    Your images are not appearing at the present time.

    It may be a website problem here.

    Go to your laptop manufacturer's website and find and reinstall the Windows 8.1 Drivers for your Laptop Model Number.

    Use the computer you are on to get here to download/save the Network Adaptors/Wi-fi Drivers for it first > copy them to flash drive > transfer and install them on the Laptop.

    In that case, you can't use the above links

    Use the Motherboard manufacturer's website.
