Error in installing Toshiba Value Added Package after Windows re-installment.

After installing Windows Ultimate, I attempt to install Toshiba Value Added Package that the FN button will work but I got an error message: Setup TVAP error.  [0x80C7013D]. Please help me fixing this problem. Thanks and God bless.

    I couldn't install the Toshiba Value Added pack in Windows 7 either - I just gave up.

    I can't find any mention of that error message, 0x80C7013D.

    I suggest you contact Toshiba for installation of their Value Added Package.
