how i can display arabic letters in cmd

Hi everyone.

I have pearl script "pl" , and the encoding of the script is UTF-8, my question as the title, how i can display Arabic letters in cmd?

    Hi,

    Regarding your concern, have you tried to run the intlcfg command on an offline Windows image or on a running Windows operating system?
