    Hi Arlena,

For us to isolate the issue regarding the Windows update on your computer, we will need to ask you a few questions:

    1. Are you getting any error messages?
    2. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    3. Since when are you experiencing the issue?
    4. Any recent changes made prior to the issue?
    5. Can you possibly send us a screenshot?

    Regards.

Answer Rose's questions please. I suspect the message you are seeing about drivers being outdated is malware.  Windows would not display that message.  Check to see if you have a program named Driver update installed. If you do uninstall it, then run ADWcleaner https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/  to clean out the left over malware.
