the application was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b

Ok i've been looking how to fix this error, but every post i see none of them help me. One suggests to update my Nvidia, other to to backup previous versions of windows and some aren't caused from the same thing and the fix needs a lot different things. The reason why i get this error is it may be cause i reinstalled my computer and a lot of things were missing at first, but i installed most of the stuff, so i am an artist and i use a graphic tablet, but i need to instal it's driver first and there where the problems showed up, at first when i installed it, it wanted a dll that was missing, i updated windows blabla bla i fixed it, when i finally thought that everything it's done this error message poped up "the application was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b". When i looked up on the internet this problem is caused from missing drivers and it occurs mostly for games, many suggest to download this app that installs the missing drivers and many find it useful, i download it, but didn't worked i tried again it didn't worked again. Then i went to ask wacom if they can help me, but literally their response was "go ask microsoft for this" how nice. Then i decided to do so, but before posting a question i looked up what others said about it, how i said in the beginning i looked up the most viewed post that suggests to update nvidia, ok it needed an update anyways. When i finally thought that the problem is fixed, why did i thought that, and here i am wondering if i get an answer that will finally help me.
