Reimageplus.com malware/ virus

I log on to the internet and homepage www.CBSNews.com loads.  A few seconds later Reimageplus.com loads.  This happens on every webpage I log on to except Microsoft.  I ran Microsoft Safety Scanner two times and it showed no malware on my computer.  I downloaded the home version of Spybot and that program also did not find any malware or virus.  Any help would be appreciated.
