Sync Center in Windows 7 keeps opening om its own. How do I stop it?

The file is a Windows file under Windows 32 folder. It is called:
mobsync.exe
While your suggestions did not help, I was able to dlete the entire file since I never use it. lets hope that gets rid of my problem since this file was auto opening every time I would close it. It was like the bug you have been trying to swat all day and you finally get it!!
Not sure of the exact exe or listing for it,but to locate it,open run,or cmd,type: services.msc in msc,locate it,double
click on it,set to manual or disable,exit msc.Make sure you edit the right software...Task mgr might help in youre locating it.
