Providing it is not affected by any legal restrictions where you are you may find this does what you need... it is well recognized as safe but do check for unwanted add-ons etc..

Can anyone suggest a SAFE site to download a REGION FREE DVD PLAYER for Windows 7 ??? ..... so I can watch my DVDs from other countries. Windows player limits the number of times you can switch regions. Thus, the number of times you can watch a video. I purchased these dvds 10 years ago and they are GOOD films.
I'd like to get a freebee but don't know a site to trust.
