I have an Xbox 360 controller for PC which I use to game on Windows 10. I heard this controller has a rumble/vibration feature, but it's not vibrating. How do I enable vibration on my controller?

I have the same problem when I am playing Minecraft: Windows 10 edition with my xbox 360 controller, even though it is a PDP Afterglow (blue colour LEDs) brand wired xbox 360 controller, it should vibrate when I am destroying a block. When the controller is connected, my laptop recognizes that an xbox 360 controller is connected. I know the motors work because if I plug it into an outlet, the motors move a little bit. I also have the vibrate feature enabled when I am playing the game, but the controller doesn't vibrate at all.

The game I'm playing is Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition. Under the controller options, it says there is vibration feedback when I break a block, I'll provide a screenshot.

Some games don't have vibration/feedback, but with those that do you normally enable vibration

    in the games setup options.
