Cannot use messenger. Can I uipdate to windows 10?

    Hi Kristen.

    With regard to your concern, Windows 10 is unavailable on your Lumia 630 as it needs certain requirements. As a workaround, you can use your browser to access that certain application\website. Feedback Hub is also an option by sending your comments and suggestions to help us make Windows better.

    hello I have a windows lumia 630 phone and apparently I cant access my google play store to enable me download and install WhatsApp and facebook  what can I do .

    There is nothing you can do for 2 reasons:

    1. The Windows Mobile App Store (Google Play store is only for Android devices) for WP8.1 devices like your Lumia 630 closed on 16.12.2019 and you can no longer access it.
    2. Whatsapp ended support for all Windows Phones on 31.12.2019. Facebook ended support for all their apps in July 2019, so even if you could access the App Store you would not be able to download and install neither Whatsapp nor Facebook.
