Cant Remove the Domain

I tried to remove my domain account but change option is dimmed 

THE ERROR SHOWING LIKE:

"NOTE: The identification of the computer cannot be changed because the workstation service is not running Open the services snap-in (services.msc) to ensure its running and set its startup type as"Automatic". "

What is the solution..?

    Hi Balaji,

    A Domain user account enables the service to take full advantage of the service security features of Windows and Microsoft Active Directory Domain. To resolve your concern, please follow the steps below to ensure that its running and set as "Automatic":

    1. Right-click on start menu, click on search, and type services.msc.
    2. Look for Workstation.

    1. Right-click on Workstation and select Properties.
    2. On the Startup type drop-down, select Automatic.
    3. Click on Apply and click OK.

    After following the steps above, try to remove the Domain account on your device.

    The setting is "AUTOMATIC" only.

    Still I cant change the domain and same message is there.
