Hi,

Just reading Patch Tuesday releases, and I was wondering could someone define what MS mean by 'publicly disclosed'?  i.e. does that mean with POC or exploit code available etc.

thanks!

Means exactly what it says, the vulnerability has been publically exposed, so the world knows about it.

You are confusing this with "actively exploited" or some other measure of the likelihood that an exploit might be created now or in the future.

"The patches fix three publicly disclosed (and, as a result, possibly actively exploited) flaws..."

"Update your Windows system as soon as possible."
