    Hello David,

The file is a Windows Operating System tool. It is use to convert groups to folders when you try to upgrade. It is a safe file.

The file normally will not appear on the Task Manager. However, it appears when you install a software. Normally, it will stay on your Task Manager and will disappear after the installation is complete or in some cases it will stay.

    Regards.
