No, Windows 7 does not have those type programs built in. You must install separate programs, Microsoft Office being one. There are free options as well, e.g. Libre Office.
Windows 7 Built-In Word Processor/Spreadsheet/Presentation Software?
Out of curiosity, does Windows 7 Home Premium have built-in Word Processing (not including WordPad and NotePad but similar to Mcrosoft Word), Spreadsheet (similar to Excel), and Presentation (similar to Powerpoint) Software or do those programs have have to be installed through a 3rd Party?
