This program consumes more then 35% of my CPU! I can see it at "processes" tab of the Window Task Manager but I can not end the process there. It won't let me kill it there. This program is not shown at the "Uninstall or change program" at the "program" of Control Panel of Window therefore I can not uninstall it from there.

    Hi,

    ·          When did the issue start?

Step 1: Check in Clean Boot.

    a.     Click Start and in Start search type msconfig and press Enter.

    b.     Click on Continue in the UAC prompt.

    c.     In System Configuration Utility Click on the Startup tab.

    d.     Uncheck the option for Acresso Software Manager

    e.     Also click on the Services tab and only uncheck the option for Acresso Software Manager.

    f.      Restart the Computer and check.

After the clean reboot click the link below for a hassle free uninstall tool. It literally takes about two seconds and requires no input. I found it in a post on Dell.com and it worked for me.
