Bluetooth connection problem in Windows 7 for Harman Kardon onyx studio speaker

I have problem to connect my HK onyx studio to my win 7 laptop Dell latitude 6530.

The laptop itself can connect with any smartphone via Bluetooth without any problem.

In control panel, "add device section", the HK onyx icon appear. But unfortunately, there is no connect to device. While for smartphone this option is appear. Therefor, in the speaker setting I couldn't find the playback device for HK Bluetooth speaker.

Could you please help me to address this issue?

    1. What is the make and model of the computer?
    2. Are you able to connect the speaker with a different computer?

    I suggest you to follow the methods given below and check if it helps.

    Method 1: Run Hardware and device troubleshooter.

    Hardware troubleshooter checks for common issues and makes sure that any new device or hardware attached to your computer was installed correctly.

    Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter.

    a) Press the ‘Windows + W’ key on the keyboard.

    b) Type troubleshooter in the search box and then press enter.

    c) Click hardware and sound and run the hardware and device troubleshooter.

    Method 2: Restart Bluetooth services and set it to automatic.

    a) Press Windows key + R, type services.msc

    b) Right click on Bluetooth support service and select Restart.

    c) Right

    Also try updating the Bluetooth device driver from the device manager.

    Method 3: Update Bluetooth device from device manager.

    a) Press Windows Key + R, type devmgmt.msc.

    b) Expand the Bluetooth device.

    c) Click on properties, click on Driver tab.

    d) Click Update Drivers button.

    e) Click on OK button.

    I have the same problem as support4free but the 2 "yellow" problems remain. it appears the drivers are not available for the Harmon Kardon. if anyone cant help i would be very grateful

    Try to double click on the HK Onyx studio on the control panel. then click on 'Listen to Music'. 

    you should able to connect to the HK Onyx. it"s works on my PC.

    I had same problem my HP could find:  

    Harman Kardon onyx studio speaker (Bluetooth)

    But I was not able to get out any sound...

    In Device Manager it was 2 "yellow" problems...

    I update drivers for both and then it worked perfect !!
