Method 1: Run Hardware and device troubleshooter.
Hardware troubleshooter checks for common issues and makes sure that any new device or hardware attached to your computer was installed correctly.
Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter.
a) Press the ‘Windows + W’ key on the keyboard.
b) Type troubleshooter in the search box and then press enter.
c) Click hardware and sound and run the hardware and device troubleshooter.
Method 2: Restart Bluetooth services and set it to automatic.
a) Press Windows key + R, type services.msc
b) Right click on Bluetooth support service and select Restart.

Also try updating the Bluetooth device driver from the device manager.
Method 3: Update Bluetooth device from device manager.
a) Press Windows Key + R, type devmgmt.msc.
b) Expand the Bluetooth device.
