I was and still am having problems with this mouse which was that the optical sensor was not working, however, I have found a solution and it is so simple. I first tried the mouse on my computer table, which is white, I then tried it on my coffee table, which is also white and had the same problems. My wife tried the mouse on a mouse mat, which was not white and hey presto, the mouse is working, yeehar!!!

Hope this is of some help =)
